Even though the sign on the interstate says West Pace Auto Mall we’ve recently been told that the West Pace development is expanding beyond the Lynch Auto Dealerships.
We are not sure the progress or what stage it is in but there is evidently a 9 story hotel that is going to be built next to Lynch Toyota and a movie theater somewhere else on the property.
With all that we have heard and seen go by we are hesitant to put much stock in any news out of West Pace but at a recent visit to Lynch Toyota these two developments were brought up again.
There was also talk of the larger plan to have 25 or so restaurants and a major development all to be done in a year or so but we just don’t see that happening. Regardless of building time just getting that many companies on board in that time seems unbelievable.
