Here is a list of several rumored businesses coming to Lee County. Some of these have been rumored for a long time and others are more recent. This post is just an update not breaking news.
- Tigertown has announced a number of other establishments over the last year, but none have broken ground (like Atlanta Bread Company, Shane’s Rib Shack, a second Marriott-brand hotel next to the one they’re already buidling, and two banks that will be in the two lots between Kinnucan’s and Kroger fuel station.)
- The West Pace development on South College and I-85 has a Lynch Auto Group sign posted declaring its new home there.
- Waffle House is potentially opening a downtown Auburn location where Daylight Donuts formerly operated.
